This year we completed our first LEED registered home on Wonderland road north for Tom & Maria Prohaszka.  With 18 Solar panels, lifetime steel roof, ICF  solid insulated concrete structure, In Flooring radiant heating system, Geothermal Ground Source System, Hambro Floor System and other features, the engery-efficient LEED Canada-registered 1,800 square foot ranch style home is a source of pride for both builder and homeowners.

This home won our company the SAM AWARDS  (for all across Canada) for 2009 for going GREEN.

Building GREEN is going to be the way of the future and from having 2 open houses we are learning that today's consumer is looking at energy costs, healthier life style and protecting our environment. 

Our company has been using ICF, entering our 15th year. The first project was a 10,000 sq. ft. Commercial Building in the town of Strathroy Ontario using ICF (Amvic), Hambro Floor System and Radiant In-floor heating on both levels. The following year we completed the first ICF home in Strathroy, which won "The Healthy Housing Award" through CMHC. Having been the proud Owners and building with (ICF) insulated concrete form  for the last 15 Years we can relate to our customers with the energy savings and healthier environment.
